Thirty-two-year-old office worker, Elaina Heart was all alone on the streets of Atlanta when a man in a sheriff's uniform trots down the road on a horse.
She decides to join him on his mission to find his family because she doesn't want to be left behind.
The two run into a massive hoard that cuts them off. They are forced to hide inside an abandoned tank on the now busy streets.
Just when they think all hope is lost, a man's voice comes over the radio.
He rescued them and the two join a new group on the outskirts of Atlanta.
What happens when Elaina begins to fall for the married man?
What happens when he starts to discover feelings for her too?
And what happens when his wife finds out?
