Dr. Sasha Emerson almost destroyed the virus when it was still in the lab. Unfortunately, ALMOST counts in horseshoes and hand grenades; not zombie pandemic prevention. Instead, she ended up at Prison Camp 26, Ground Zero for the U.S. government's misguided attempt to ease the food crisis through "viral incarceration."

Society is breaking down in a climate-addled world on the brink of war and starvation, and the government is moving to increasingly fascist ends to ensure its survival. The problem is no one else, particularly Sasha and her fellow prisoners, might survive. Sasha must figure out who she can trust at Prison Camp 26 to escape in time to redeem her failure at the lab and stop the zombie apocalypse threatening to escape the bottle.

As a zombie novel where the character's relationships with each other matter most, Prison Camp 26 will appeal to fans of HBO's The Last of Us.

**This is a spin-off of my book Zero. Some of the characters will be the same, but this book can be read as a stand alone.** Everyone has made mistakes before, but not everyone has made mistakes that induce the zombie apocalypse. Ella Fairchild is one of unlucky few who can say she's made such a mistake. She didn't know what she was doing. She thought she was doing good for the world. She was wrong. But to her, none of that matters. As the last living person who contributed to the creation of H-26, more commonly known as the zombie virus, Ella shoulders the weight of the world for her mistakes. Nearly a year after the outbreak, Ella has a chance to try to right her wrongs. She hasn't been outside the walls of the safe establishment since the virus spread. Now, inexperienced, weak, and scared out of her mind, she'll do whatever it takes for a chance at stopping the virus. But she's not foolish, Ella knows she can't do this alone. Kyle Russell is a certified bad ass, an ex-Army Ranger come out of retirement to save the world from zombies. He's sinfully good looking, a little rough around the edges, and doesn't sugarcoat anything, but he's the guy you want on your team. He and his team of runners haven't failed a mission yet. Amongst their own, and even civilians, they're rock stars. They're the people who give everyone hope that a war against zombies that can be won. They're the exact opposite of Ella. They're the best, and if Ella is going to succeed, she needs the best. **This is a spin-off of Zero and will feature some of the same characters. However, it can be read as a standalone.

It was not noticed exactly when people began to fall victim to the broken life of routine and monotony but by the time humanity realized that witnessing strong emotion triggered violence in the infected, it was too late... In a world, where showing emotion is a dangerous weakness, love becomes the only beacon of hope. Evelyn Li is not a fan of risk. Confined to the safety of an underground bunker for the past two years, when Evie stumbles upon a radio broadcast hosted by a mysterious boy with a sharp tongue and an impressive record collection, she's inspired to embark on a mission fuelled by the belief that her family might still be out there (and definitely not because she's desperate to finally meet the boy whose voice has been her sole companion since the darkness descended). Jonathan Johnson is not an optimist and definitely not a romantic. He wasn't at all surprised when the world ended or even when the Soulless took over the streets. With the weight of rising tensions in the colonies, an absentee father, and heart-breaking tragedy resting on his shoulders, Jonathan would much rather escape into his record collection and secret radio broadcast than deal with the general bleakness of life in the apocalypse. As he is reluctantly roped into Evie's search for links to her past, Jonathan begins to wonder if he can ever truly escape his. Together, the unlikely pair must navigate the treacherous landscapes of both the unforgiving world around them and the complicated emotions within. Will their connection withstand the trials of a world consumed by darkness, or will it become just another casualty of the apocalypse? **Featured on Wattpad @ScienceFiction Ambassadors' Picks, July 2024; #4 Dystopian
