Twilight Sparkle and her friends Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Starlight Glimmer, and Spike have faced many threats in Equestria and won using the Power of Friendship. However, they will meet the brand-new challenge of being sent to an all-boy school filled with magically problematic young wizards in another world. Join Twilight and her friend as they find themselves transported to the world of Twisted Wonderland where they will meet new friends and face new opponents along the way. Will they find a way home, Will they discover the reason why they were brought here in the first place, and most importantly how will they navigate the world in their new bodies? 

Also, I'm going to try to make this take place in-between seasons 7 and 8 of my little pony.

However, due to the Changeling invasion during the royal wedding, the negative energies it produced also frees Discord from his stone prison, who also decides that Earth should be his new playground. Meanwhile the Autobots continue to defend Earth from Megatron, and his Decepticons; ignorant that a new player is about to release chaos upon the world. And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna. Twilight Sparkle, and Optimus Prime must save two worlds from three powerful villains.

The Barbie Adventure IX: Barbie Fairytopia: Magic of the Rainbow by girl_of_many_worlds

Azura comes to Elina just as the Equestria Girls arrive. It's a good thing they showed up as well. Azura and the other guardians of Fairytopia have decided to select 14 new apprentices to learn the Flight of Spring, one of the most important events that secures the future of Fairytopia. And the guardians want Elina and the Equestria Girls to be eight of them! They fly to the Crystal Palace, where they learn how the flight goes: they open the First Blush of Spring, which will reveal the first rainbow for the fairy world. Fail, and Fairytopia is doomed for ten years of bitter winter. Slowly, all fourteen apprentices get to know each other, with Sunburst, Elina, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack becoming the most competitive towards each other. But it's not like things can go perfect for long. In fact, Elina, Linden, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy accidentally get Laverna out of her frog form, and things get even weirder when Sunburst suddenly starts acting nice. Three of the apprentices keep confronting them on the mistake. Oh, and the guardians fall into comas. The Enchantress knows that the fourteen have to complete the flight together.
