Dark Paradise

In the summer of 1924, librarian Arielle Arquette is interviewed for the position of secretary under lucrative businessman Arthur Moceri, rumored to have illegal dealings that have made him one of the richest men in New York City. When Arielle is offered a position in his office, she encounters Charlie, a young associate of Moceri who leaves Arielle with more curiosity than answers. Arielle soon finds that her contract to the office has been signed in blood and as she delves into the underworld of Gotham, she realizes that things done in the dark deserve to be kept there.
