One night changed everything for Rayne Aubert. Rayne always felt from a young age that she didn't belong to this world. All her suspicions came true when she awoke to another. One at war with itself.
Does Rayne have what it takes to survive this war? Does she have what it takes to end it? And what of the Faery warrior she met along the way; does she have what it takes to love him through it all?
UPDATE (11/05/2025)
Author: To everyone who has read this... how?!😂 I never thought this dumb little book would ever get this many views. It is by no means good. I was 13-14 when I wrote this story, and it shows! But to anyone curious, I have written a new novel that I'm working on editing at the moment (I'm 20 now, and I like to think my writing has improved, lol). I've spoken with literary agents, and I'm currently building a roster of beta readers.
Maybe there's someone out there reading this... and maybe there's not. Regardless, I'll try to keep updating you all with my progress of this new and serious novel of mine. Maybe I'll even give you all the first chapter as a taste test...
If you fell in love with anything about this story, even if it was just one of the characters, you'll like my real novel. Though entirely different from this story, it is heavily influenced by my old work. A lot of the setting and characters were re-imagined, revived, and made into something new. Something better (I hope! 😂).
[COMPLETED] (Book 2/3)
I can't stand him.
I don't understand him. Does he hate me? Does he not? He is undeniably confusing, obnoxious and can't take criticism. He is basically the stereotypical Alpha and I hate that about him. What would it take for him to be a little considerate?
Maybe he's jealous I got my wolf before he did? That's probably it. The big bad wolf can't stand a little competition.
So that's exactly what I'll give him. Some good, healthy competition.

After being abandoned in a forest near Fathilagt, Rayne was found as an infant by Rosabelle soon after the first attack on the peaceful pack. Rosabelle raised Rayne as her own and shielded her from whatever hardships she could.
But Rayne's experience in her pack wasn't always pleasant and some people did their best to make her feel like she didn't belong in Fathilagt. Especially a certain soon-to-be Alpha who takes more than necessary interest in her, in more ways than one.
Staying out of the spotlight isn't easy when the universe has different plans for you, and Rayne struggles with finding a safe space to hide herself from those who blame her for things she is yet to understand. Too bad for her, because the boy she hates the most, seeks her out every single time.
What will happen when he finally wants her to stay, she is forced to leave her home to never again return?
