The Passed Flower

A man named Maxx who fall in love with a girl named Isabella have been husband and wife for over 10 years and love each other dearly. Maxx starts to feel very ill and sick, he starts to get aches in his shoulder and his hair starts to fall out. Panicking Maxx doesn't tell Isabella till it is too late. He starts to visits her as a ghost and sees her with a different flower.
