(REWRITING IN PROGRESS) There is a mysterious young man who came to New Meridian City from the Canopy Kingdom with his two adopted children to lead a relaxed, normal life.
But there was something strange about him and a deep secret he was hiding that could get him killed or the people around him killed for what he possessed.
He was an extremely powerful Esper. Unfortunately, his power is linked to his emotions. If they get too unstable...let's just say all of reality would not be able to handle it.
However, due to circumstances beyond his control, he will soon have to face unknown threats that inhabit the Canopy Kingdom and New Meridian. These specific groups of organizations like the Medici Mafia and The Anti-Skullgirl Labs are supposedly prepared for everything...
But what happens when he runs into so many... Unique residents and manages to gain their interest?

Five groups of survivors-that's all that was left of the once overflowing town. The new Humanity group, the new government and law enforcers. God's Saviours, the ones who think they are chosen by God himself to create a new world. Mother Nature's group they are the ones planting new crops, living off the gifts Mother Nature provides for them. Scavengers, the protectors, the ones not afraid to stand face to face with danger. They kill the mutants and go outside the gates to collect stuff from the outside world. Then there are the Traders; they buy stuff from the Scavengers, trading it with the other groups for other goods. If you want something, ask them and they will get it for you, but only for the right price. They try and build a semi-normal life. But will the survivor ever restore the humanity of their beloved town? Or will this fragile new order be built on the same vicious power structures that defined the old world, the one that was controlled by the mafia? Adlet Blacksteel is the newest edition to the E.H.P.D., his skills and experience as a hostage extractor makes him an invaluable edition. Joined by his new partner, Jenna Jones, he pursues a secretive manhunt for the Soldiers Of The New World, an underground E.H. crime organization that has a hand in all that is illegal, and their mysterious leader: String, who, seemingly, has eyes and ears everywhere. While Adlet and Jenna intend on doing this by the books, their unsavory past with two of String's captains may muddy their judgement, or, more accurately, it already has. As String's ambitions grow beyond just controlling the city's underbelly Adlet and Jenna are forced to take action with an ally he did not desire. While prejudice against E.H.s reaches it's peak because of a horrific tragedy, the Soldiers of the New World waste no time to expand their reach and rally for their cause of taking over the city.
