A 78-year-old woman named Annaliese has been in and out of a hospital for the last couple of years. Her husband, Carlos is a country music fan who came from Mexico with his family since he was young.

For the last 7 weeks, Annie has been in a hospital for Cancer treatment and not a single day goes by without a visit from lovely husband who always brings her a new bouquet of flowers every 3 days to keep her room looks fresh.

It's Christmas Eve and he brings something else to show her. An old photo album full of their photos from their early 20s until now. He wants to see her smile again by reminiscing their love story together before their deaths.
