"Will you take this man, your lawfully wedded husband?" She kept looking at the Priest like she has never seen someone like him or anyone for that matter. Her eyes lit up like a little child on Christmas Eve, ready to open her gifts. Strangely, I didn't get angry at her mistakes. She fascinated me. Anya, strange human being. Indeed.

When she still didn't reply and kept looking at him like he was from space, her aunt stepped towards her and whispered something in her ear. Her eyes immediately snapped towards me in fear. I clenched my jaw at her fear for me. I don't want her to feel scare from me. Her baby blue eyes widen and she nodded her head before I heard a melodic voice say, "I do." I shut my eyes in relaxation it brought through my body.

What will happen to a light in the darkness? Will the light survive in the darkness or will the darkness swallow it?

His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past.
