"Will you take this man, your lawfully wedded husband?" She kept looking at the Priest like she has never seen someone like him or anyone for that matter. Her eyes lit up like a little child on Christmas Eve, ready to open her gifts. Strangely, I didn't get angry at her mistakes. She fascinated me. Anya, strange human being. Indeed.

When she still didn't reply and kept looking at him like he was from space, her aunt stepped towards her and whispered something in her ear. Her eyes immediately snapped towards me in fear. I clenched my jaw at her fear for me. I don't want her to feel scare from me. Her baby blue eyes widen and she nodded her head before I heard a melodic voice say, "I do." I shut my eyes in relaxation it brought through my body.

What will happen to a light in the darkness? Will the light survive in the darkness or will the darkness swallow it?

I've never wrote a story before so please be kind and bare with me! If you stick around, you will see this complex story turn into an action packed romance that leaves you craving more! ************************************************** This is my story. My name is Jemma; though the select few know me as Ruby Rose. Dumb nickname if you ask me, but that's what I get for marking my murders with a single blood cover rose. What can I say I've got a little bit of class. Well anyways, that's not important right now. This is my origin story. How I went from a sweet innocent women struggling to make ends meet to a merciless killer for the head mafia family Terravino. I've now got 2 families and 2 lives. Both full of love and tainted red by the blood I've shed. Trauma is what started it all... As I lay there in her arms, under the giant oak tree, I could see the red and blue lights glistening off the leaves above me creating an ocean of red and blues. My ears were still ringing from the gun shots. So everything was quiet. I felt the weight of the gun slip from my hand and land on the soft grass next to us. I tilted my head towards Anya's face. Streams of tears and bloody snot ran down her beaten and bruised face. I thought to myself; "This isn't right! I can't die here. Not in front of her! I can hold on longer, I have to."

He learns to love when fighting his demons. Where his demons becomes hers but she has to be an angel to save him from it. PLEA,,,,'' he stilled and turned around only to find her staring at him with a lost look. She looked away when he raised a brow at her then lowered her sight. He noticed the way her hand held tightly onto her dress as if it provided her the strength. The strength she needed for what she was about to say. She took a deep breath and in a defeated tone she let the word out''STAY.......'' ''NO'' was all he said as he waited for her reaction. She was taken aback with his reply. She looked up at him with her teary eye but she never let it roll down. "But you have to think about them too. How can you be so heartless? I never ever asked anything from you beside you never wanted this so called MARRIAGE.'' He strode towards her took one of her hand in his and bringing his other hand he put the ring in her palm saying "I have a very important meeting so I won't be staying as of now. But by the time I return home if this ring is on your finger and a smiling wife of mine is waiting for me with dinner on the table. Maybe! I might reconsider her wishes. Hmmmmm??? '' with a grin on his face he tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "Bye Elena'' saying that he left the room. Elena looked down at the ring she removed some few minutes ago to return it to Ethan. Only to have him return it back to her. "Ohhhhhh GOD please help me'' she prayed a silent prayer. Minimum 3chapters will be updated every week. 😉
