Every moment Max spent with you was hell and he thought the same, so when a dog is rescued from the track and both of you want to keep it the pair of you have to stomach one another. Whoever the dog runs to at the end of the season gets to keep him and maybe a stray dog won't be the only thing coming home with you when the season is over.
