Daphne and Roxie were never normal girls. They were both orphaned at a very young age and they have been through so many foster families. This time, they're finally on their own. They live in Reedy, WV. Population; 198.
The whole town has been whacked up. A lot of people were getting arrested for murder, theft and B & A and a whole lot more.
A few months before their birthday, all these people showed up and suddenly, everything changes. People were changing and before they know it, they were changing too. But something about it doesn't seem right. While some things were changing for the better, Daphne feels like her twin sister Roxie wasn't.
