Twenty years ago an infant was born who reunited both human realms. This child would be their beacon of hope and peace. Once the child was born a dark swept the land for half an hour. The queen of that child prayed to the fae gods. The fae gods made a deal with queen. In order for her child to live she must give her child to the heir of the light fae kingdom when she became of age. The queen agreed but kept the deal a secret. 

Marianna is the heir to the throne of the human realm. The dark fae realm and the light fae realm dwell on either side of the kingdom. Marianna used to think her life was simple until her father marries lady melody, who is the reason her mother is no longer alive. No matter how hard she tells her father the truth he won't listen. But it seems that it's not the first time her father wouldn't listen. 

The dark fae prince is invited to the human kingdom on behalf of lady melody. Who thinks she made a deal with the dark fae king and queen to marry Marianna. Marianna is told to accompany the prince during his stay and convince him to marry her cousin. That would be a lie. Marianna finds out the truth and has to make a choice that can keep her family safe or destroy everything her mother had built.All Rights Reserved
