Midorima Shintarou is a 25 year old pediatrician working at his mother's hospital. But even though Midorima is a children's doctor, he can't seem to get along with kids. Tired of watching her son fail again and again, Midorima's mother has her favorite hospital volunteer Kuroko Tetsuya help out her son using his tactics of being a Kindergarten teacher. 

Not only does he open up the hearts of Midorima's patients, but the very heart of the green haired tsundere. What will Midorima do when he realizes that... he's in love with Kuroko?
