We watched as the Ashes fell to the ground one by one.
People sobbed for their loved ones as they were pushed back from the death scene.
We feared the fire would touch us next and we would to become one with the fallen.
"No! I will not allow this!"
I whipped my head to the right spotting a young teen standing on a crate to get a better look our gaze met and I could sense the rage flowing through him.
"I will not allow the Ashes to control my life!"
