Simon "Ghost" Riley released from service finds himself in a small town away from the main population. As he learns his surroundings he meets a Scots man. John "Soap" MacTavish works at a small coffee shop after finishing his service couple years, doing his best as he gets thru a rough life.
Simon finds himself slowly falling for the man, going to the shop every day just to see him. Not realizing what is happening to him as they get closer. John happily hanging with the soldier, finding the truth about who they were in service and what they are in a relationship together.
