When he regains consciousness, he finds himself in an unfamiliar white room, clearly a hospital.

At first glance, he appears perfectly fine, but two shocking revelations are about to turn his entire life upside down.

The first:  
"Where... Where am I? How did I end up here? And... Who am I?"
Takemichi can't recall a single thing about himself-not his name, his past, or anything he's ever experienced. His entire life is a blank slate.

The second revelation comes from the doctor:  
"Don't worry, young man. Both of you are safe now. We also delivered your babies safely, so there's nothing to worry about."
