I knew that the life that was chosen for me, was not the norm. I realize this when I was 12 years old

This is the thing... Most people have a past, you do, your friends, your family, and everyone has a story. I do too but it wasn't mine, I know that now, it wasn't mine, it was fabricated, and my story was never real

Now at 24 years old according to the math, I don't know life, not as you know it, and the past is bleeding into my present and threatening to be my future once again, is still fighting its way in

But when it's all you've ever known, how do you fight against it?
