Living in the state of Washington, Anri Iki, a 16 year old girl, dreams of being with one of her classmates. Having trouble with this and not knowing what to do, her sister comes knocking. Her sister, is someone she rarely wants to talk to. This is for many reasons. In the same state lives a boy. He sees Anri crying at the library, and he never expected a book to have so much emotion impact on someone. Interested in this he checks out the book she was reading, and slowly, after reading all the books she has been reading, he begins to fall for her.
