There have been rumours that spread throughout the town of a catastrophic disaster that occurred decades ago. An isolated land thought to have been lost. Locals have said that there was an earthquake which sent dust tumbling into the atmosphere, causing a great cloud to rest over the area which in turn, provided no visibility. Soon after the shroud of clouds began to dissipate the locals said there was a huge orb which had a deep maroon neon outline and a void black centre hovering above what is now no man's land.

The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
