This book is about a young half werewolf who is the oldest in the gold family. Her mother, Lily Gold, the Luna, is human while her father, John Gold, the Alpha, is a werewolf. Ellex was the first born of Lily and John after their ceremony, yet since her mother is a human, she isn't completely werewolf, but still can shift into a wolf. Due to Ellex being a female, Ellex couldn't be the future Alpha of the pack, but instead her little brother, Liam, would. Liam was luckier and got all the werewolf genes and found his mate already. Ellex didn't care that Liam had the genes or had his mate until she heard about him being Alpha... Now, it's all she cares about...
