When Phoebe gets caught up in the tangled tales of admiring someone from afar -- not exactly afar, something within reach, just... untouchable, she decides to do absolutely nothing about it. She instead focuses on academics, which she is not terribly good at, and finding out things about people she doesn't know or doesn't know her, in short stalking them lightly. Who knows what'll happen? With a setting like Hogwarts, and subjects like Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures and Divinations, her focus is definitely not set on one.
