In a world of darkness, where the immortal rule and the mortal cower in fear, two vampire lovers, Elizaveta and Nikolai, navigate through the complexities of their immortal lives. Elizaveta, known as the "Bloodthirsty" amongst her kin, relishes in the taste of warm blood and the rush it brings. Nikolai, on the other hand, despises the act of drinking blood and finds solace in the knowledge and power that comes with being a vampire.

Their love for each other is unbreakable, but their differences in lifestyle cause a rift between them. Elizaveta falls in love with a human, Anthony, and starts to question her ways. She begins to see the humanity in the mortals and the atrocities committed by her own kind. 

Nikolai, on the other hand, is convinced that the humans have kidnapped his love and will stop at nothing to kill every last one of them. He becomes consumed with the idea of revenge and starts to see all humans as a threat.

As Elizaveta fights for coexistence and Nikolai for destruction, their love is put to the ultimate test. Will their love for each other overcome their conflicting beliefs or will it tear them apart?
