A short poem depicting my own experiences with depression and self destruction. Initially written and posted to Medium by myself on March 28th, 2021. "I didn't want to wake up. I was having a much better time asleep. And that's really sad. It's almost like a reverse nightmare, like when you wake up from a nightmare and you're so relieved. I woke up into a nightmare." -Ned Vizzini, It's Kind Of A Funny Story. If you or anyone is experiencing suicidal thoughts please call the suicide Hotline. Tomorrow is a mystery. Stay and find out.
