A short poem depicting my own experiences with depression and self destruction. Initially written and posted to Medium by myself on March 28th, 2021. "I didn't want to wake up. I was having a much better time asleep. And that's really sad. It's almost like a reverse nightmare, like when you wake up from a nightmare and you're so relieved. I woke up into a nightmare." -Ned Vizzini, It's Kind Of A Funny Story. If you or anyone is experiencing suicidal thoughts please call the suicide Hotline. Tomorrow is a mystery. Stay and find out. WARNING: Some pieces may contain triggers for those who struggle with any form of depression or self harm. Please read with caution. I will often rearrange the chapters in the way I see fit, so please be patient and keep that in mind. This is my first attempt at poetry. It will consist of shit that I've gone through/dealt with and ramblings from my screwed up mind. These works are purely fictional and not meant to be taken literally.
