The story continues a few months after the marriage contract between Rebecca and Samantha. In those months Rebecca's father keeps Sam busy. Showing her the ropes of what it takes to be the CEO. Preparing her for it all. It is nothing at all what she expected to be learning and only solidifies her assumptions of Rebecca's father. After a ruse of their own making, Rebecca comes to a scary realization. Finding herself doing things she's never done with or allowed anyone. If Rebecca's father wasn't enough for Sam to deal with she also had her thoughts of maybe making this fake relationship real.

With one scared to let anyone in to only be abandoned in the end. And the other juggling their fear of what they might become at the end of this and about history repeating itself. Follow the story about these two characters overcoming it all. Their budding feelings for one another is only the crumb of what they'd be faced with.
