Cypress is a young man of 19 living in Hirosaki Japan with his twin sisters and his mother after his father couldn't take care of him any longer. During the short time he had lived there, he realized how out of touch he was with this side of the family despite his attempts to stay connected.
Being someone who stays inside and plays video games all day, he grew pessimistic and rude. This translates to when he goes to the mall and bumps into a woman. After saying some harsh things to her, she spoke some cryptic words that he didn't understand and by he end of the day, he grows sick. Concerned for him, his sisters leave him food in his room but something seems off.
By morning, he finds himself in the body of a female, which baffled the family and himself.
Trying to live his life but also try to figure out how to reverse the effects of whatever curse he went through, he ends up making new memories, reconnecting with old friends, and even making new friends and connections along the way but... Isn't it superficial if he was in a false body?
