"I tried to live in black and white but I'm so blue"

-

Cielle has lived the entirety of her life being cornered to pick a side or a sign to define who she is. But what if for once she wanted no rule or definition, and no bearing to her muchness?

What if for once she saw her blue?
And will a certain Na'vi encompass her capacity to feel again?

-

"What makes you think I'm gonna help you?" Neteyam spoke from over her shoulder.

"What makes you think I'm gonna ask you for help?" The girl replied before walking away from him.

"I don't want to owe you any favours."

Neteyam watched her trailing figure before his instincts got the better of him, and he followed her into the cave.

A Neteyam X OC Romance ≫ ──── ««•◦ ✦͙͙͙ ◦•»» ──── ≪ teaser!~ He hissed, ignited by anger. I tried to push myself up to my knees but the man was faster, returning my punch with one of his own. The pain stole my breath. I staggered but did not fall. Another sharp pain in my scalp followed as he dug his hands around my braid and pulled, his left arm moving forward to lock around my arms. My ears picked up the sound of him unsheathing his knife. I stiffened, waiting for the cool kiss of the blade against my neck, for the warm blood that would follow, pouring out of me until I died. But death never came. I didn't dare open my eyes, not when I could feel the presence of the blade hovering just above my neck. ══════ ∘◦❀◦∘ ══════ Description ♡: Nineteen year old Nora McCoy had the odds stacked against her during childhood, but now as a budding scientist, she's ready to make a name for herself as a pioneer of Pandora and join the RDA on their return mission to the far away planet. "This is a serious conversation." Neteyam stated, his intense big eyes still looking straight at Ao'nung's soul. "You look at me." He said and it wasn't a request. The metkayina gulped, his heart threatening to beat right out of his chest as he felt Neteyam's thumb rubbing the edge of his jaw. "Go on, what do you want to say?" "What I am saying is.." Ao'nung hesitated again. He felt as if Neteyam already knew what he was about to say and he felt naked under those eyes. As if Neteyam could see all his secrets without Ao'nung having to say a word. "What if I don't want you to choose someone else?" He asked and waited for Neteyam to get angry but the boy's expression remained serious. "And who would I choose then?" Neteyam asked, his voice still as soft as ever, as if afraid to spook Ao'nung. The metkayina swallowed with difficulty as his throat constricted with the heaviness of his emotions and nervousness. He had to be courageous, he had to be brave. So Ao'nung thought 'fuck it' and said exactly what he meant. "Me."
