The morning turned to afternoon. And afternoon to evening, the highest and 'supposed' noble blood were dressing all over the land, in their finest robes of the most lavish velvet and silk.
For many, the Annual PureBlood Christmas Ball was an opportunity to regroup, share gossip, rumour and snobbish views with families they'd known since birth. But for others, like Evan Rosier II, Theodore Nott and Liberty Lestrange, it was the worst sort of humiliation possible. For they did not hold the same opinions of the PureBlood circle.
Nevertheless, as the witches, wizards and teenagers began to arrive in Wiltshire, to the large estate of Malfoy Manor, the three teens allowed themselves to be ushered inside, their dress robes and gowns of pristine cut.
There was an anxious excitement however, as Lucius Malfoy, accompanied by his wife Narcissa and son, Draco, greeted the esteemed members of the noble houses. It had been passed around through the ranks, that tonight, the Ball may be graced by Her Majesty herself, although none knew if it were true. They knew little about the BlueBlood heir.
