Determined to protect Detroit from the conscious plots of the machines made to serve, Alastor finds himself delving more and more into the world of free will, experiencing life outside the chains of the Detroit City Police Department. Meeting a startled android among the ruins of a current deviant sighting, Alastor finds himself challenged with the new found awareness of societies perspective upon androids, and his loyalty to cyberlife. Will his loyalty to the Detroit City Police Department prevent himself from falling into the brainwashed minds of 'Murmur', or will the voices of many unhappy machines allow him to speak for the ones who can't?
