I know Harumi is alive ( If you don't know this then, go watch the latest seasons!!!) Lloyd keeps having nightmares about Harumi, ever since the building collapsed and he was powerless to stop it. It doesn't get any easier when someone new dominates the news and later, the political election coming up. And the way he conveys to the people...unnerves him.
