Several years have gone and passed in the winding twisted world known as the labyrinth. King Jareth has a heart of stone after the sudden death of his only love. He rules his kingdom with an iron fist. His heart closed off to everyone and everything. Or so he thought...
What happens when a peculiar young teenager who is wished away by her foster sibling and ends up in the dangerous world of Faierie. Or more importantly she stumbles upon his doorstep reminding the king of his not so forgotten and haunting past. She reminds him of the one he held so dear.
The one that makes his heartache with remorse and sorrow.
The one who dances in his mind in a ballroom filled with the sweet sound of music just the two of them.
But that was so long ago.
