Elliot Burton hasn't known peace since Bennett Harris popped around for 6th form. Known for his strong build, rebellious streak, and aggressive tendencies, Bennett has made the meek but smart-mouthed Elliot his next target until they graduate from their GCSEs. With their odd, shifty dynamics, it's hard to tell who the bully is sometimes. If they didn't look like a pair of rowdy young boys, most people would mistake them for an old bickering couple. But Elliot would rather die before he admitted his feelings for Bennett. It's not like he felt the same...right? Only time could tell as fate, once again, throws them together at university, leaving the campus at the mercy of their common-room drama and passionate writing critiques. Can they read between the lines to see what truly lies behind the hard covers they've put up? - New Chapter Weekly

Fred is your typical teenager; moody, has low-self esteem, and is really bad at math. The only thing that makes him different from the other guys is his taste in music and his sexuality. He knows what he wants right from the start, but is scared of other people thoughts and judgements, and that's why he's kept himself inside the closet ever since he realized he's not really into girls. He tried to hide it from everyone else, even to his close circle of friends, but all of his plans started going south when he meets their new neighbor, Darren, a very handsome fellow who moved to Los Angeles with his family all the way from South Korea to live at the house on the other side of the road. Fred falls for him at first-sight, and things started to escalate when he found out that they were on the same class, and things got even more deeper when Darren agreed to be his tutor in calculus. That's when he realized that his hiding needed to stop. Witness as the two of them struggle with their hardships, relationships, and responsibilities in life as they try to keep their friendship intact from a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Will they manage to keep their relationship as it is, or will it develop into something more, that even an ocean spanning miles and miles couldn't completely separate them from one another?
