Yokohama the city in Japan where the most of the death of Japan happens but also a city where the most quirkiness live. The only info that hero's got was that there were ability users, these ability users were ruthless monsters that killed for fun. But little did they know that there was a monster amongst them pretending to be a hero.
(this is my first fanfiction so I'll most likely make some mistakes. Another thing to note is that the characters do not belong to me but Kohei Horikoshi and Kafka Asagri, the only thing I did was take the characters and plot and merged them together to make this story)
