This is based off of Avatar: The Way of Water. It's honestly based off of my head cannons.
Kiri can't get over the Neteyam's death, vowing to herself to test her limits with Eywa in order to bring her brother back.
Lo'ak deals with his survivors guilt and goes through a healing journey with his family to mend their bonds. (With help from Tsireya.)
Tuktirey wants her childhood back. She struggles with the trauma of everything going on and the loss of her brother. Doing everything she can to go back to before she worried about everything.
Neytiri grieves for her son and holds her three other children closer. She adamantly refuses to acknowledge Spider since he's human and refuses to let him replace her first born. All while mending her relationship with Lo'ak and having a better understanding of Jakes worries.
Jake visits Bob. He works on de-Marining himself and bettering his emotional understanding. As well as reconnecting with his other children and taking the burden back off of them after realizing how horribly it effected them.
Ao'nung decides to better himself in honour of his rival whom he had great respect for.
Payakan is welcomed back into the pod.
Ronal has her baby and starts train/providing aide to Kiri. She recognizes that they have an incredibly close connection to Eywa.

So I've been obsessed over this damn movie and now I'm going to write about, I'm not very good with using PROPER English but I'll give it a go. Aonung x Siobhan: The Human Of His Heart
Siobhan Sully was always different from the rest of her siblings for certain reasons as the only human daughter of Jake and Neytiri Sully that was adopted by the pair after her mother Trudy Chacon's death. But after Trudy's death, Jake is still struggling with her death and he just takes his angry and sadness out about Trudy's death on Siobhan resulting in the pair having a troubling father and daughter relationship and Siobhan just longing for the same treatment that Kiri, Grace's daughter gets from him. The only person in Siobhan's life that cares for her is Neytiri, her own adopted mother as Neytiri has noticed how hard Jake is on their oldest daughter and she takes care of Siobhan more then Jake does for at all and because Siobhan reminds her of her own older sister. As time passes, Jake Sully and Neytiri have formed a family and are doing everything to stay together. However, they must leave their home and explore the regions of Pandora but when an ancient threat resurfaces, Siobhan must fight a difficult war against her own kind. When Siobhan meets Aonung for the first time, she just thinks that he's just a rotten brat who uses his position as the future Olo'eyktan for unfair reasons and just because he's the future Olo'eyktan, he just gets away with everything. As they spend more time together, they realise that they have a lot in common and for the first time in Pandora history, Siobhan Sully may become the first human tsakarem of the Metkayina clan. As Aonung and Siobhan begin to follow down the same path as Neytiri and Jake, everyone else can see it except for the pair themselves that they have romantic feelings for each other despite Aonung being arranged to be mated off to someone else.
