In a post-apocalyptic world, there's a super natural disaster called 'Hollows' which is a dimension where monsters known as Etheral are at. Because of that, there's only one urban civilisation called New Eridu that remains. In order for the civilisation to survive, the technology and the required necessities have to be obtained from the Hollows. As humanity is in grave crisis, a group of warriors called Kamen riders is formed to save humanity from the Hollows as they fight against the Etheral and help the victims of the disaster.
Note: I do not own Zenless Zone Zero and Kamen rider. They are owned by Hoyoverse and Toei production respectively.
This is a one shot story so there's 50/50 that it may become an actual story or not.

Humanity has struggled to survive ever since the robotic threat known as the Raptures invaded and took over the surface of planet earth. The only hope humanity has against these mechanical monstrosities are the Nikkes, the Goddesses of Victory, highly advanced combat androids that far surpass humans in all aspects of combat. However humanity views them as expendable tools that can easily be replaced despite all of them having human levels of thinking. Two such individuals however wish to help the Nikkes in their battle against the Raptures. The first the grandson of the company CEO that launched humanity's last functioning satellite and son of the Tetra Line CEO. The other a Commander who will go to great lengths to support his Nikkes while fighting on the surface. Utilizing the technology left behind by Kurenosuke Hiden, these two men will jump to the sky in hopes of reaching a better future for both Humans and Nikkes! Years ago, a young man named Magnus came to live with his Uncle Enzo in a modern post-apocalypse city after what happened with the old capital. With the threat of hollows and Ethereals right on your doorstep, the desire of venturing into the hollows, hunting Ethereals and helping others was what he wanted the most. However due to his condition, Hypersensitive to Ether, he couldn't enter those zones without turn into an ethereal in less than ten seconds. However, with his intelligence, Enzo's mechanical skills and the blueprints left to him by someone important from his past, they created a system of armor that completely filtered out the ether and even give the wearer extraordinary abilities. Because of Magnus's desire to help, was decided to named it 'Desire Driver'. Everyone now knows him as New Eridu's hero, Hollow Rider Tycoon or... New Eridu is the last surviving city after contemporary civilization was destroyed by the Hollows. New Eridu managed to survive and thrive after the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to be able to extract resources out of the Hollows. Now, Hollows are industrialized and monetized by the city's administration, which gradually led to the increasing tension between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics. (Yes, I copy-paste it from the wiki.) The Criminal Investigation Special Response Team is a division of PubSec operating out of the Janus Quarter (namely, in its Lumina Square branch). They are tasked with the investigation of criminal activity, performing raids and in-Hollow operations. A new member recently joined the infamous CISRT, abruptly so sudden. His past was a mystery. Officer Y/N L/N, code name RED, has been working marvelously for past few months. Yet, secrets were well present surrounding him. And what's up with this strange looking beetle that's been flying around him?

New Eridu, the metropolis city that survived by the devastating of a hollow, that cause a rift between distortion which they call, ethereal or ether, a corrupt creature that every one get infected by it. many will raid inside hollow, which call them hollow raiders. Proxy and carrots are use to guide them from hollow, anyone enter either high chance to survive if they have either aptitude and don't, get corruption and mutated fully ethereal. public security or Pubsec as they call, are new Eridu police force to deal criminal and other factions. That, where main protagonist come in, a hollow raiders trying to make few money and enter hollow but something isn't right, something this might change his life.
