This book takes on the life of Summer. A girl with an immense love and passion for nature and the little things around her. She goes through life being nothing but true to her kind, gentle, caring and affectionate self. She unashamedly shows the one's she cares about the utmost love but unfortunately learns that no matter how kind you are, there are some people in life who are going to disappoint you and take you for granted regardless. Now having to grow and come to terms with some of the lessons she learned, the ultimate key is always to stay to true ones self and not let certain circumstances change you into a bitter being and in this way a special kind of love...soul connection, if you will, brews between her and someone who in actual fact had been there the entire time. This book, I believe will appeal to your natural introverts and those who love giving and loving like there's no tomorrow, simply not succumbing to these new society norms that leave one heartbroken. However, the book takes on the lives of those who surround her in a few POV's exploring some of these lives challenges just to bring everything together...I would suggest you read 'The eyes hold the keys to the soul' first for an overall background story of the characters...so without further or do...this is Summers story.All Rights Reserved

Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16. And even if you are near your match, as long as one of you are not of age, your tattoo will not tingle. Also, they are normal tattoos (except you don't get it or choose it, it just appears) so you can get rid of it. But if you do, your sm won't die but they will get very sick. The main characters of this story, Violet West (18) and Harper Black (20), both have a flame tattoo on their cheek. They live in the same state but for 4 years Harper paniced because she couldn't find her match. She wasn't sure if it was because her sm wasn't of age yet or if her sm lived far away. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper. What'll happen when Emalisa un expectantly falls on Jaxon? He becomes undeniably interested with and in her. Emalisa feels a connection too, but is scared to react on it. The fact that their friends undeniably are head over heels for another doesn't help their situation and provides endless things to tease one another about. So please do read.
