In this world, around 80% of the population have some kind of unique ability called a Quirk. Some of these people with Quirks become Heroes. 

There is a young girl named Izuka Midoriya who doesn't have a Quirk, but still has the dream of becoming the greatest Hero.

There is also a young boy named (Y/N) Rose who does have a Quirk and has the dream of becoming the greatest Hero.

These two go to the same school and are friends. They both want to achieve their dream and it's up to them to see who will succeed in their dream first.
