Chishiya didn't say anything at first, his eyes scanning the situation, the slight tension still present in the air. But he knew exactly what you meant.
Without warning, he stepped closer to you, closing the distance between the two of you. His hand came up to rest lightly on the back of your neck, his fingers cold against your skin. You held your breath, feeling his presence envelop you, his eyes never leaving yours. You wanted to pull away, but you couldn't. The situation had escalated too quickly, and you had no idea how to diffuse it.
