Daniel McCartney is in his senior year of high school. All throughout high school he's been known as the rebel. He is constantly breaking the rules. Daniel gets a warning that if he does anything else he could get expelled and have no chance of getting into a good college. Honestly, he doesn't care about that. All Daniel cares about is getting Mariah Fern to feel the same way about him, as he does about her. Mariah won't date him unless he magically becomes a better person. So, he decides to make his new year resolution to create a fresh start for himself so she'll like him back. Changing your entire personality isn't as easy as it seems, though.
