The Cave of A Thousand Gods

A great calling beckoned many humble heroes from miles around, for it was etched in the stars and visible to only those who could decipher it. Indeed to the naked eye it would appear as no more than a common night sky; clear and scattered, not unlike the champions that follow and respond to the divine summon. For some it appeared as a map; the twinkling of particular stars, guiding the traveler from their hearth and sanctuary. For others, such explicit instructions were unnecessary, merely requiring a subliminal call-to-arms to appear before them in order to direct the righteousness held within.
