The story follows Jeanne, a 25-year-old veterinarian who is married to Rigel, a former firefighter turned violent alcoholic. She lives a daily nightmare, being beaten and insulted by her husband, and feels guilty for not being able to help him. Everything changes when Rigel dies in a motorcycle accident, leaving Jeanne alone and plagued by guilt. But things get complicated when Rigel's mother creates a robot in the image of her son before his descent into alcoholism, offering Jeanne an idealized version of her deceased husband. The young woman then finds herself faced with a difficult choice between continuing to live with pain and guilt or accepting this robotic version of her husband that offers her a second chance at a lost love.All Rights Reserved
