Using too much of the energy (quick flight, large scale attacks, healing) can make her nose bleed at first and give her a fever, or can lead to internal bleeding due to a severe spike in body temperature and blood vessels bursting. This only happens if the quirk is pushed way beyond its limit.

Ever since Elizabeth was little, her and Raikou played all the time whenever her parents worked or were busy which was most the time but they always had time for Elizabeth when the days came and yet, Elizabeth was never lonely cause of Raikou who she can't thank enough for also taking care of her. Raikou always makes sure to take good care of Elizabeth and make sure she's safe and sound from any harm. Ash and the others have these rivals called Team Rocket who surprisingly, Elizabeth has never met before. She always wonders who they are and what they look like and being the curious girl she is, she kinda wants to meet them for herself even though her friends say they're bad and think she's crazy for that. But what happens when she actually meets them? I don't know if you're supposed to fall in love with one of them...but let's see what their journey awaits.
