[English version of the fanfic "Counting Stars". Spanish version in the profile].

Synopsis:
After losing her parents and her older brother, Aether, Lumine believed that her whole life had lost meaning. The dreams she had always had were slowly fading away, and the hope and joy that characterized the younger version of her, disappeared with time.
But before she knew it, her whole life would change again.
Friends began to appear in her life; friends who loved and appreciated her for who she was. And she would also know the feeling of wanting and loving another person.
In Thoma, the sweet and kind blond, she would see a good friend who would save her in more ways than one, and in Childe, a path to the happiness she thought she had lost forever.

A word she had longed to hear, yet feared the most. Would he accept it? Or would he push her away again, just like before? The door creaked open. Her heart pounded. Sharad's sharp gaze met hers. "What are you hiding?" Her breath hitched. She wasn't ready for this. Not yet.
