Since Annie liked to spend time with Michael's siblings; Evan and Elizabeth, it led to a lot of arguments with him. Weeks had passed, a lot of events happened but Annie and Michael still hate each other more than anything else. But who knows what could happen after having all those arguments that they had so often?
