This is a Saiouma/Oumasai Fanfic!
This takes place after the game, with Shuichi Saihara still having memories from the game. According to the news, Kokichi Ouma was dead, due to the crushing defeat of his. But, Shuichi has "Moved on" and is now working full time as one of the best detectives in the world. He is handed a case to track down and unmask/capture the Phantom theif, who runs DICE. :)
