Maraming naniniwala na kapag ikaw ang bunso ng pamilya'y ikaw ang paborito. Ikaw ang unang dudulugan at pupugpugin ng pagmamahal. Nasa sayo ang atensyon ng mga magulang at ng mga kapatid mo. 

Ngunit para kay Resame ay hindi totoo yun. Hindi totoo ang mga bagay na 'yon sa sitwasyon niya. Sa murang edad ay halos gawin siyang hangin ng mga magulang, ang mga atensyon nila'y nasa dalawang panganay na anak lamang. Parang isang bagay na hindi kailanman nabuhuhay. 

Pinagmalupitan ng tadhana. Ang tanging paraan lamang upang magpatuloy nya ang kanyang buhay ay magkaron ng kakampi. Ngunit saan siya hahanap no'n? Lalo pa't hindi naman lahat ay may gustong buhay siya. Sadyang napakalamas talaga niya.  Tanging ang isang panulat at kwaderno lamang ang naging takbuhan niya. Walang nakakaalam kung ano ang nakasulat sa loob ng kwaderno n'ya. Iyon lamang ang naging takbuhan n'ya sa malupit niyang buhay.
