ιѕαвєℓℓє ∂υииє is a twenty-five year old woman from the year 2030. She has had quite the life, being in the library for almost half of it just like a certain Belle from Beauty and the Beast; a film she adored. 

тнє ∂σ¢тσя wasn't himself when he landed his TARDIS in London, England in the 2030s. He was newly regenerated after the Time War and was still grieving. He thought he kept the TARDIS locked, but someone unexpected stepped in illegally because she was curious.

вєℓℓє was punished for her actions, and the Doctor dropped her off in a different time. She was sentenced to live in the 2000s until she sees a future version of him with a woman she befriended because she knew this alien.
