In a universe with a world that's almost exactly like ours, there are extra-terrestrial beings who claim to be gods who were banished by their own kind after a war. These "Custodians" that were banished want only one thing, universal domination, But not the universe they were banished in, but of another, one with earth already plagued with its threat known as the 'Noise'. A world whose only defence against the Noise uncovered a mysterious device that, upon activation, allowed these banished Custodians a ride home. Albeit, not without a few stowaways.

Best Friends Hiroshi, Kazuki, and Shamash are three of those few, and they have no idea what just happened or where they are. Still, as they try to adapt to this new bizarre world, they realize they can do things, things that ordinary people can't usually do, and it's got the attention of Mobile Disaster Prevention Corps . Just what does the future hold for them?
