Cesar Torres, Owner of the Mandela Circus :) Co-owner of the Circus is Mark Heathcliff.. But theres been a dissapearance of Cesar, hes been gone for at least 2-3 weeks, and he randomly came back.. something isn't right.. So.. Cesar the clown, Mark the Strongman, Adam the Magician, and Jonah the acrobatic.
"The Mandela Circus" was their own act without Jonah and Adam, Jonah and Adam had their own Circus called "The Bythorne Buddies", But they decided to collaborate with each other, so now they're known as "The Mandela Effect & The Bythorne Buddies Circus"
