Earth found a portal to a different world. A world they want to tame. So what do they do? They take as many citizens as they can spare and make an army. They send them through the portal, telling them to slaughter the creatures that live there. Techno really doesn't want to do what the government asked him to do. But if he wants to go back to Earth he has to. Then of course they do him dirty and he now has to look after one of the creatures. His hair reminds him of the sun of Earth and he's loud. OR Tommy is an alien Techno gets an attachment to and Techno has to decide if he's willing to leave Earth behind forever, or watch his new friend get experimented on.

I knew he didn't mean to have the dark side but it was the only way to make sure he stays alive. Anyway, the Black Dawn is a place to protect Humans from 'them' and now it's the opposite. Plus 'they' are knocking on the wall that surrounds us to let 'them' in and someone may open the door to our doom.
