{Disclaimer: This story takes place in the same universe as from the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" And before the events of where the movie takes place from. It's taking place not long after Eddie's brother was killed, and where Doom takes on his "human" deskyse. So I'm saying around 10 years before the movies timeline, there is no clarification of date.(far as I'm aware)

I do not own any of the images that are shown; nor the characters that are in the film, that credit goes to the creator's. I DID however make my own OC for this fanfiction. So those who are familiar with the film will know which are movie characters, and which are characters I came up with. With that being said, please enjoy.}

Maria Fishender, 5 years old at the time, lived in a not so loving household. Ever since her mother died giving birth, her father has hated and blamed her for it. After years of negate and abuse, Maria finally decided to run away from it all. Fleeing into the streets of Hollywood, she takes refuge in a small storage building not too far away from the well known "Toon town". After 2 years of practically living on the street; when Maria is just out on a stroll, a bright yellow cab almost runs her offer! But that's where she meets the most unlikely off people-... Or Toons in this case to show her anything remotely similar to kindness.
One thing for certain, this siren sure did cast a spell on them. Because they just can't seem to get her off their minds.
